Introduction
These pages contain the current status and downloadable bits for
ARMLinux for
RiscStation
machines.
Status
The current status is that the latest 2.2 kernels are supported, but
the patches for them are currently being tidied up for release. Once this
is done, more effort can be put in to looking at improving perfomance,
and adding new features.
As soon as the 2.2 basic support is out, effort will be put into getting
2.4 running, with a view to moving to this kernel as soon as possible. The
only reason 2.2 is being worked on at-all is the current support of Debian
for this.

FAQ
This section will be split as soon as there are enough entries to actually
be worth their own page
- How do I contact the maintainer
- Email Ben Dooks, alternatively
ask on one of the publicly available mailing lists for ARMLinux
- Applying Patches
See the patch howto
- Contributing Code
Email the maintainer (see above) with your patch(es) and they will
be applied if they do the job. It is likely that the development will
be moved to netwinder.org as
they have CVS access to their development armlinux tree.
- Mailing Lists
there are no planned mail-lists at the moment, issues should be discussed
on the appropriate ARMLinux mailing lists, see
www.arm.linux.org.uk for more
information on what is available.
