SMDK2440 and SMDK2442 Linux 2.6 support

Many thanks to Dimitry Andric and Samsung for supplying SMDK2440 and SMDK2442 boards to test and work on.

The SMDK2440 (and SMDK2442 with the S3C2442 patch-set applied) has the following supported features:

USB Host
Serial
NAND

These drivers are in external patch-sets (to be integrated):

Touchscreen
USB Gadget
GPIO Buttons
SD/MMC Card

Support for the CS8900 is pending another developer's work on the driver. The PCMCIA is currently being investigated, and the audio is awaiting Liam Girwood's ASoC integration.

There are tools to use the USB download agent on the SMDK range of boards.
